Payment & Delivery
Our Eco World Ltd accepts most major credit and debit cards as well as paypal. Whichever way you choose to pay, all payments are processed through paypal but you do not need a paypal account to do this. You simply press the relevant option on the paypal page.
Currently we are only able to deliver to mainland UK. We apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience this may cause.
All prices include VAT at 17.5% and are displayed in UK pounds sterling.
All orders are fullfilled by Our Eco World Ltd and this will appear on your bank statement.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days.
The contents of your shopping basket are automatically weighed at check-out and you will be charged according to the total postal weight. This includes a small handling and packaging charge.
We sincerely hope you are delighted with your purchases. However, if they do not, for whatever reason, meet your expectations, please return the items within 30 days for an exchange or refund (minus the original delivery charge if the goods were not faulty).
